Don’t pay more than you need. Through our Repair Authorisation Centre, our qualified fleet controllers ensure only appropriate maintenance and servicing is carried out on your vehicles. Repairs and servicing are completed in accordance with manufacturer or other industry recognised guidelines and our specially negotiated rates are applied to drive your costs down.

Accident and claims management
All the help you need, 24/7, New Zealand-wide. In the event of vehicle accidents, this service manages the process for you while minimising motor vehicle repair costs. Should you find your vehicle off the road for a period of time, we can also include a provision for relief vehicles to ensure that there’s minimal disruption to your business.

To save you time, we can arrange for the cost of re-registration to be included as part of your fleet management services.

Comprehensive reporting
Each month all of your Custom Fleet vehicle expenses will appear on one monthly tax invoice and you’ll have access to management reporting by whole-of-fleet and individual vehicles.

Our internet-based reporting and fleet management tool will give you 24/7 access to a number of functions including the ability to update driver and cost centre details, order lease vehicles, order and cancel Fuel Cards, set-up driver alert emails and access comprehensive fleet management reports customised to your preferences.

Our 0800 Driver Helpline is available 24/7 for your drivers requiring roadside assistance (0800 11 63 63) to ensure they are back on the road again quickly and safely.

Custom Fleet can help you with the acquisition and disposal of your vehicles. This saves you the hassle of finding the vehicle and the trouble of selling the vehicle at the end of the lease.
