Custom Fleet’s Fleet Card makes life easy

Easy to use Fleet Card. Custom Fleet’s Fleet Card options can be used at over 700 fuel outlets for extra convenience.

An important fleet management feature for every company vehicle, our fleet cards are accepted fleet cards across NZ at more than 400 Caltex/Challenge sites and over 300 Mobil service stations nationwide.

Fleet Card explained

Custom Fleet’s Fleet Card can save you time and money by providing access to discounted fuel prices and centralising all your fuel transactions on your one monthly Custom Fleet tax invoice.

Our fleet cards provide convenient fuel purchasing throughout NZ at over 700 service stations nationwide. Your Custom Fleet Fleet Card will streamline reporting and allow you to manage all administration and fleet card transactions.

A Custom Fleet Fleet Card is available to all leasing and fleet management clients.

Fleet Card Options

We offer two Fleet Card Options: The Custom Fleet Mobilcard and Caltex StarCard are both widely accepted across NZ.

Mobilcard Fleet Card

The Custom Fleet Mobilcard fleet card is a purpose-designed fleet management fleet card tool. Fleet card holders have access to Mobil's nationwide network of over 300 service stations, Truckstops, Marinestops and Aerostops.

Mobil’s fleet card offers the option to be PIN-controlled for added security.

Caltex StarCard Fleet Card

The Custom Fleet Caltex StarCard fleet card offers a convenient and effective way to manage your fleet. This fleet card is designed to provide greater security and added value.

The Caltex fleet card is accepted at over 400 Caltex and Challenge service stations, all 24-hour unmanned Truck Stops and Boat Stops, as well as StarMart convenience stores. A full list of all StarCard fleet card accepting merchants is supplied to all fleet card users.

For added security, StarCard Fleet Card is a PIN-controlled card and allows you to determine the type of product or service able to be purchased by each cardholder.

Fleet Card usage restrictions

You have the ability to restrict the products available on Custom Fleet’s fleet cards to the following:

1. Fuel and oil only: this fleet card allows the driver to purchase fuel and oil but does not allow for other purchases from the service station.
2. Fuel, oil and carwash: in addition to the above fleet card this also allows for the purchase of carwash services
3. All purchases: there are no restrictions on what can be purchased, other than the restriction of a pre-agreed dollar value.

Our convenient fleet card options provide the following benefits:

• Our fleet card options can be used at more than 300 Mobil sites and over 400 Caltex and Challenge fuel outlets around NZ
• The use of fleet cards captures mileage and fuel usage making for accurate and effective fleet management reporting, monitoring and utilisation.
• All fuel purchases can be made using a fleet card, eliminating the need for cash/ reimbursement
• Simple record keeping - all pertinent information is captured at point of sale through the fleet card
• All fleet card transactions are detailed on the monthly tax invoice, reducing administration and processing costs
• The use of PIN numbers on your fleet card ensures the correct person is using the fleet card and gives the driver the convenience of using EFT-POS at the pump
