Direct line for glass repairs

Those calling about autoglass repairs will now be presented with a new option putting them directly in touch with Smith & Smith Autoglass – Custom Fleet’s preferred supplier.

Now when calling our 0800 Driver Helpline - 0800 11 63 63 - customers will now have an extra option - press 3 for glass replacement/repair. This will put the caller directly through to Smith & Smith.

By eliminating the need to speak with one of our Fleet Controllers, then having a message relayed to Smith & Smith, customers will receive swifter service with less chance of any incorrect information being communicated.

Should you still wish to speak with a Fleet Controller you are more than welcome to do so and they will be able to assist you with your query.
