For urgent assistance or if your vehicle is not drivable:

For non-urgent incidents:  Lodge your claim via our online claim portal

Confirm with your Fleet Administrator whether roadside assistance is included in your package.

What to do at the scene:

• Check everyone is safe and call emergency services on 111 if required.

• Remain calm and do not admit liability.

• Exchange details with the other driver, including name, phone number, licence, registration and insurer.

• Take clear photos of all vehicles and the scene.

• Collect witness details where possible.

Submit this information through the claim portal once safe to do so.

You're responsible for making sure your vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer’s schedule (refer to your handbook).

Advise the service provider it is a Custom Fleet vehicle, and they’ll contact us for approval before commencing work.

If you’re on a fully maintained lease:

• You may be eligible for a relief vehicle if your car is off the road for 24+ hours due to mechanical breakdown.

• Tyre replacements and puncture repairs may be included.

At the end of your lease, you may have the option to purchase your vehicle.

This allows you to acquire a vehicle with a known service history and condition.

Contact your Fleet Administrator for more information.

If Custom Fleet manages your compliance, registration will be maintained for the duration of the lease.

If registration is self-managed, it is the driver’s responsibility to ensure it remains valid.

Note: Driving an unregistered vehicle is illegal and may void your insurance.
