We're pleased to be joining New Zealand's leaders in workplace gender equity, as one of only three organisations in New Zealand to reach the Advanced GenderTick accreditation level.
Awarded by YWCA Auckland's Gender at Work program, Advanced GenderTick recognises organisations that are taking meaningful and measurable action to create more equitable workplaces for gender equity, inclusion and wellbeing.

The accreditation marks an important milestone for Custom Fleet, representing our third consecutive year of GenderTick recognition and our progression to the Advanced level.
This year's assessment highlighted the strength of our policies, programmes and workplace culture across several key areas, including gender inclusion, pay equity, leadership representation, flexible work, parental support, wellbeing and reproductive health.
The assessment recognised a number of initiatives supporting our people, including:
Ongoing progress in reducing our gender pay gap, with year-on-year improvement
Gender-neutral paid parental leave, providing 12 weeks of paid leave at 100% of normal pay for both parents
Our Reproductive Health Leave policy, supporting employees through a range of reproductive health experiences, regardless of gender
The work of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging network, Intersection, and initiatives that promote allyship, belonging and inclusion across our business
The Gender at Work assessment team noted that Custom Fleet is helping set a benchmark for gender-equitable workplaces in New Zealand through the systems, policies and culture we have built to support our people.
Creating an inclusive workplace requires ongoing commitment and action.
This recognition reinforces our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, while supporting positive outcomes for our people, customers and communities.
