At the 2025 Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) Excellence Awards, we were honoured in two key categories — celebrating our ongoing commitment to innovation, inclusion, and leadership development.
A great start for new team members
New Account Manager Onboarding Program – Runner-up: Best Onboarding or Induction Program
We know that setting people up for long-term success from day one is key.
That’s why we created a structured, six-week onboarding program for new Account Managers, blending learning modules with real-world experiences.
Here’s what the program has achieved so far:
Saved over $477,000 by reducing turnover and hiring costs
Achieved a 95% pass rate on final assessments in 2024
Boosted confidence and engagement through buddy support and hands-on learning
Creating pathways for women in leadership
Green Light: Emerging Leadership Program for Women – Third Place: Best Diversity & Inclusion Program
Leadership should be for everyone — and our Green Light program is helping make that a reality. Designed to support aspiring women leaders, it’s part of our broader mission to build a more diverse and equitable workplace.
The results speak for themselves:
Women in executive succession plans grew from 4 to 7
Director-level succession planning for women jumped from 1 to 30
Promotions of women nearly doubled — from 8 to 14 in just one year
Participants rated the experience highly, with NPS scores of +79 in 2023 and +47 in 2024
The program builds core leadership skills like self-awareness, communication, and resilience
