Supporting success from day one
New Account Manager Onboarding Program – Runner-up: Best Onboarding or Induction Program
A strong onboarding experience helps set employees up for success.
Our six-week onboarding programme for new Account Managers combines structured learning with practical, on-the-job experience to build capability, confidence and engagement from the outset.
Key outcomes include:
More than $477,000 saved through reduced turnover and recruitment costs
A 95% pass rate on final assessments during 2024
Improved confidence and engagement through buddy support and hands-on learning opportunities
Developing future women leaders
Green Light: Emerging Leadership Program for Women – Third Place: Best Diversity & Inclusion Program
Green Light was created to support aspiring women leaders and strengthen leadership pathways across the organisation.
As part of our broader commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, the programme helps participants build leadership capability, confidence and professional networks.
The program has delivered strong results, including:
Women represented in executive succession plans increasing from 4 to 7
Director-level succession planning for women growing from 1 to 30
Promotions of women increasing from 8 to 14 in a single year
Participant Net Promoter Scores of +79 in 2023 and +47 in 2024
Development of key leadership capabilities including communication, resilience and self-awareness
