Keep every vehicle compliant and road-ready

All vehicles operating on public roads must meet warrantable standards and hold a valid Warrant of Fitness (WoF) or Certificate of Fitness (CoF). These inspections ensure your fleet meets New Zealand’s safety and environmental standards, whether your vehicles are light passenger cars, commercial vans or heavy vehicles.

Our management process:

• We track WoF and CoF due dates and proactively schedule inspections

• Monthly “due” and “overdue” reports are available in Fleet Office for full visibility

• Our in-house registrations team ensures vehicles always remain registered, administering and paying registration renewals for all leased and managed vehicles

The cost of WoF/CoF inspections is included in your fully maintained operating lease rental.

For non-maintained operating leases, inspection costs are recharged as required. No separate management fees apply. Only the direct inspection costs set by the relevant road authority.

Electric vehicles follow the same inspection requirements and intervals as other vehicles, and our systems capture any emerging EV-specific service or defect data to support safe operation.
