Green Light enters its next chapter in 2025

A program built for growth

Green Light was developed by Custom Fleet, in partnership with Maxme and first delivered in 2023.

The programme focuses on strengthening self-awareness, building resilience and helping participants better understand and leverage their individual strengths.

Delivered through a series of virtual workshops, Green Light addresses challenges that women can encounter throughout their careers and provides practical tools to support leadership growth and career progression.

Its impact has been recognised both internally and externally. Green Light received a global Platinum LearnX Award for Best HR Talent Management in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and contributed to Custom Fleet achieving third place in the Best Diversity and Inclusion Program category at the 2025 AITD Excellence Awards.

As part of our broader Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, Green Light helps foster a more inclusive workplace while supporting the development of future leaders across our organisation.

Over the past three years, Green Light has grown into a strong community that continues to inspire learning, connection and professional growth.

What's new for 2025?

Now in its third year, Green Light has expanded beyond a traditional leadership programme.

For the first time, participants from previous cohorts will come together, creating opportunities to strengthen networks, share experiences and continue learning from one another.

The 2025 programme will run over twelve weeks and includes a curated learning journey focused on:

• Servant leadership presence

• Personal branding

• Senior leadership capability

Participants will take part in virtual workshops, peer learning sessions and guided reflection activities designed to support practical application in everyday work environments.
